FENWIL-TCG ("we", "us") is a veteran-owned Pokémon card business operated by Fenwil TCG, LLC in the United States. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers fenwiltcg.com only. Purchases you make on eBay, TCGplayer, Misprint or Whatnot are governed by those marketplaces' own privacy policies, and we receive only the buyer information those platforms choose to share with a seller.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We collect two things: what you type into a form when you contact us or offer us a collection, and anonymised traffic statistics — and the traffic statistics only run if you accept cookies.
Our contact form and our "Sell Your Collection" form ask for your name, email address, phone number (optional) and a description of the cards you are offering, including any photos you attach. Submissions are delivered to us by our hosting provider, Netlify, and by email. We use them to reply to you, quote on your collection, and keep a record of what was agreed. Nothing entered in these forms is used for marketing unless you separately ask to hear from us.
If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people visit and which listings get attention. IP anonymisation is enabled, advertising and personalisation signals are switched off, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors. If you decline, analytics never loads — the choice is stored in your browser only.
Our web host also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting. This is ordinary web-server operation and is not linked to any other information about you.
The Live Inventory page reads our own active eBay listings through eBay's API and displays them here. That request runs on our server using our own seller credentials. It sends nothing about you to eBay, and it does not require you to sign in to anything.
To change your mind, clear this site's cookies and site data in your browser and the consent banner will appear again.
We share personal information only with the service providers that make this site work, and only so far as they need it:
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Form submissions are kept for as long as we may need them for the enquiry and for our tax and business records — generally seven years for anything connected to a transaction. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Server logs are kept for a short period by our host and then rotated out.
Whatever state or country you are in, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@fenwiltcg.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the right to know, correct and delete applies and is honoured through the same email address. If you are in the EEA or UK, our legal bases are your consent (analytics), our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site, and the performance of a contract where you are buying from or selling to us.
Most browsers can be set to refuse cookies, and Google offers an Analytics opt-out add-on.
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we do not claim otherwise — but we keep the information we collect to the minimum the business actually needs, which is the most effective protection available.
We operate in the United States, and information collected here is processed there. If you are visiting from elsewhere, you are consenting to that transfer.
If this policy changes materially, the effective date at the top changes with it and the revised version is posted on this page.
